Green Paneer Tikki with Tamatar ki chaat

Relish the delicious taste of banarasi tamatar ki chaat served with green peas paneer tikki. High source of protein tikki that is served with chatpati Chaat.

Ingredients

1 Tomato 300 gms

2 desi ghee 1 tbsp

3 ginger 1 tsp

4 green chilli chopped 1 tsp

5 garam masala 1 tsp

6 chaat masala 1 tsp

7 salt as per taste

8 boiled Potato 1

9 sugar syrup 2tbsp

10 green peas 100 gms

11 paneer 100 gms

12 boiled Potato 1

13 bread crumbs 4 tbsp

14 salt as per taste

15 Tandoori mayo 1 tbsp

Preparation

Method : 

In a pan heat ghee and add cumin seeds. Let it crackle now add ginger and green chilli. Saute for 30 seconds and add tomatoes. Put salt and mix well. Add garam masala and Chaat masala.Now add boiled potato and Cook for 10 minutes, add water to adjust the consistency. Tamatar Chaat is ready.


For green tikki

Take green peas, Paneer, boiled Potato and mash it properly. Now add bread crumbs and salt, mix it well. Make tikki from this mixture and shallow fry them until its outer layer gets crispy.

For sugar syrup

Take 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water. Let it boil and make 1 string syrup.
