An delightful lobster spaghetti dish is a seafood dish, which is flavoursome dish jn which the base is made of tomato sauce and spaghetti and stocked using lobster in garlic butter.
Ingredients
1 lobster 300gms
2 spaghetti half packet
3 butter 50gms
4 garlic 4 - 5 cloves
5 coriander half bunch
6 parsley handful
7 white wine 30ml
8 tomatoes 6 -7
9 green chilli sauce 4 tbsp
10 salt as per taste
11 pepper as per taste
12 sugar 2 - 3 tbsp
13 lime 1
Preparation
Method
Step 1 - Boil the lobster for 8 minutes and separately boil the spaghetti.
Step 2 – Saute the lobster in butter, coriander, and garlic. Add some wine for flavouring.
Step 3 – In a different pan melt butter add tomatoes, minced coriander, parsley, pepper, and salt and saute them well. After sauteing add spaghetti and toss it well.
Step 4 - add lobster meat to the spaghetti and add green chill sauce to it.
Step 5 – Foe the spicy sweet tomato sauce grind 2 tomatoes with some sugar and lime.
