2 GARLIC 3 CLOVES FINELY CHOPPED
3 ONION 2 NO. FINELY CHOPPED
4 FRESH BASIL LEAVES 3 NO. CHIFFONAD
5 OREGANO 1\2 TBSP
6 CHILLI FLAKES 1\2 TBSP
7 SALT AS REQ.
8 PENNE PASTA 120 GM
Preparation
1.Place a salted pot of hot water over high heat. Bring to a rolling boil.
2.Add penne to the boiling water
3.Heat the oil in a separate deep pan.
4.Sauté garlic and onions until they are a light golden color.
5.Add tomato concasse and let boil.
6.Add salt, chilli powder, basil, sugar, and oregano. Allow this to simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
7.Mix in paste & pasta
