This Donut emerged from LITHUANIAN region of Europe.In this recipe ,cottage cheese differentiate the rest of the donut from other regions .

Ingredients

flour 500g

Sugar 80g

Yeast 15g

salt10g

gluten 3g

Egg2 No

Water 220 ml

Unsalted Butter 50g

Cottage cheese 50g

Oil for deep frying as required

Preparation

  1. First of all collect all the ingredients

  2. sieve the flour

  3. first mix the yeast in lukewarm 𝚠𝚊t𝚎𝚛 for 10 minutes

  4. mix the flour with sugar, yeast ,salt, gluten ,egg ,water, unsalted butter in single stage 𝚖𝚎𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚍 to make a smooth dough

  5. make balls with the dough keep inside lithuanian cottage cheese

  6. Then roll it keep it aside for proofing

  7. fry the donut in oil to get golden brown colour

  8. present by Dusting castor 𝚜𝚞𝚐𝚊𝚛

  9. the wonderful donut is ready
