Desi wellington made with Soyabean filling

Ingredients

1 Refined flour- 250g

2 Salt - 10g

3 Water

4 Soyabean - 65g

5 Beetroot - 250g

6 Oil - 60g

7 Garlic - 8g

8 Mushroom - 80g

9 Onion - 3no.

10 Garam masala - 6g

11 Cumin powder - 6g

12 Coriander powder - 6g

13 Thyme - 3g

14 Pepper - 8g

15 Tomato - 3no.

16 Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

17 Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

18 Curry leaves - 4 no.

Preparation

Method :


Procedure:-

1) knead the dough as per the recipe

2) for the soyabean filling soak soyabean remove water from that gring it.

3) In a pan take oil add onion, garlic and beetroot saute it well

4) Then add soyabean garam masala cumin powder,coriander powder in it and saute it well.

5) for the mushroom mixture in a pan take oil and chop onion and garlic add chop mushroom saute until all moisture is reduced.

6) For assembling the Wellington roll dough add mushroom mixture spread equally on that add soyabean mixture and roll it in the dough

7) Bake the Wellington for 25 minutes on 195°c

8) For plating saute baby carrot, and red radish and thyme.
